Where do you ship to?

We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Our team strives to process your orders quickly. Normally orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are typically processed and ready for shipping next business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Portland, Maine and shipped by UPS.

If you have ordered a custom or bulk order these may have longer production and processing times, and one of our team member can give you an estimate on delivery times. 

How much does shipping cost?

For online orders shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery preference. For custom and bulk orders, your quotation will include the details of your shipping costs. 

What happens if there is an issue?
